Dinner "The Magic Hour"
"The Magic Hour" is a culinary dialogue between Germany and Singapore. Douglas Ng, Hawker chef and founder of the "Fishball Story" meets Helge Hagemann, chef from Hamburg and member of the Werteköche collectiv.
At "The Magic Hour", a 3 course menu will be served at the Goethe-Institut, that has been developed by German chef Helge Hagemann in close collaboration with Singaporean chef Douglas Ng.
